Shipping policy
At Finer, each piece is carefully prepared, quality checked, and packaged before it leaves our studio. We want your jewellery to arrive safely, beautifully, and with the same care that went into creating it.
Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and processed carefully before shipment.
For ready-to-ship pieces, orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For made-to-order, personalised, or bespoke jewellery, production times may vary depending on the design, materials, stone selection, and level of customisation. Estimated production time will be provided before or after your order is confirmed.
Please note that processing and production times are separate from shipping times.
Made-to-Order and Bespoke Jewellery
Many Finer pieces are created especially for each client. For custom, bespoke, engraved, or personalised orders, we will guide you through the process and keep you updated where required.
Production may include design confirmation, stone selection, crafting, setting, polishing, quality control, and final inspection before shipment.
As each piece is carefully made and checked, delays may occasionally occur due to stone sourcing, production complexity, quality control, or logistics. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing, courier availability, and local delivery services.
Estimated international delivery times are 5-10 business days, but they are not guaranteed.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local charges, or clearance fees are included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated.
Finer is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border control, or local authorities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and insurance for high-value jewellery are provided at no cost to the customers.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email where available.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order. Finer is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Secure Delivery
For security reasons, some jewellery orders may require a signature on delivery.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier’s instructions should be followed to arrange collection or redelivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us at clientcare@finerjewellery.com, and we will assist where possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the item. We will review the situation and assist you with the next steps.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Finer is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Changes to Shipping Details
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at clientcare@finerjewellery.com.
We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
