01 SHARE YOUR VISION
Submit a 1-minute Bespoke Form from anywhere in the world. We'll be in touch to explore your inspirations, preferred metals, gemstones, and design preferences, and bring your vision to life.
Each consultation ends with a first sketch, a material palette, and a feeling that the piece is already beginning to form.
02 DESIGN CONSULTATION
Whether you're local or across the world, we make it easy - connect with us in person, over a video call, or via phone.
Together we'll choose an initial design direction and curate your gemstones and metals: white diamonds, sapphires in different hues, emeralds, coloured diamonds, and more.
Have an heirloom stone to reimagine? We welcome that too.
Once confirmed, we'll provide a quote. Consultations are complimentary, design incurs no extra cost, and a 50% deposit to initial the Custom Process and get it ready in 2-4 weeks.

03 DIGITAL CAD DESIGN
Once your deposit is received, we'll create a detailed Computer Aided Design (CAD) - a precise technical drawing of your piece, outlining every specification you've chosen.
You're welcome to request as many amendments as needed. We'll refine and update the CAD until it's exactly right.
Production begins once you've approved every detail.
04 THE CRAFTING PROCESS
With your design approved, our jewellers begin bringing your piece to life. Based in Hong Kong, each maker carries over 20 years of experience - shaping, setting, and polishing every detail by hand with precision and care.
Production typically takes 1–2 weeks from design confirmation, and we'll keep you updated along the way.
05 RING COMPLETION
Once your piece is ready, we'll send you a detailed video for inspection. If anything needs adjusting, we'll have it corrected straight away.
After final approval, your ring is carefully packaged and shipped, with gifting options available and accompanied by internationally recognised certification such as IGI.
We offer free international shipping (5–10 business days)
Express delivery is available upon request.

We're here for you long after your piece arrives. Every bespoke creation includes complimentary repairs and re-polishing - because jewellery made to last deserves care that lasts just as long.
